Cozumel Apartments Payments & Cancellation Policy

Cozumel Apartments Payments & Cancellation Policy:  1/2 deposit to reserve your reservation is required  with the balance due in cash at arrival.

Cancellation is available up to 90 days prior to arrival  with a full return your  deposit  (less transfer/bank fees). Cancellation with less than 30 days  we cannot issue a refund however we can credit your  deposit to a future rental,   subject to availability.

Certain dates – such as the Ironman event, Christmas, New Years and Easter  – do not allow the grace period of a full cancellation.  Special dates have a 90 day credit policy.

Pets

Our downstairs unit – Mar – is  pet friendly, however we do require a $50 USD deposit.  We do supply a dog bed, and the dog bed sheets are cleaned weekly – just like yours – as part of your maid service.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
