Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Early Cancellations
You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before your check-in date without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
If you cancel within 48 hours before your arrival date, or fail to show up on your check-in day, no refund will be issued.
3. Modifications
Requests to change booking dates or stays are subject to availability and must be submitted by email to info@czm4you.com.
4. Refunds
Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed, using the same payment method as the original booking.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control (such as hurricanes, government restrictions, or public emergencies), you may reschedule your stay without penalty, subject to availability.
